Helper Function for Tabulation of a Single Biomarker Result — h_tab_one_biomarker • tern

Please see h_tab_surv_one_biomarker() and h_tab_rsp_one_biomarker(), which use this function for examples. This function is a wrapper for rtables::summarize_row_groups().

Usage

h_tab_one_biomarker(df, afuns, colvars, .indent_mods = 0L)

Arguments

df: (data.frame)
results for a single biomarker.
afuns: (named list of function)
analysis functions.
colvars: (list with vars and labels)
variables to tabulate and their labels.
.indent_mods: (named integer)
indent modifiers for the labels. Defaults to 0, which corresponds to the unmodified default behavior. Can be negative.

Value

An rtables table object with statistics in columns.
